Infinity BPM requires the Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Data Privacy Policy to be accepted by the Partner to complete registration in the Infinity BPM Partner Program. By registering as a partner, you confirm that you personally have the legal authority to accept the agreements listed below by clicking to accept the Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Statement. If you do not hold such authority, please forward this page to an authorized representative to complete the registration.
By clicking "Submit" Partner has completed its registration with Infinity BPM. All registrations are subject to Infinity BPM review and approval. A local partner account manager will contact you after the review of your registration. In order to extend the applicability of the accepted Terms and Conditions to additional countries, an amendment shall be required. Alternatively, registration of the said countries can be accomplished by employing the same registration form as used herein. Infinity BPM retains the prerogative to terminate the agreement and revoke access to the Partner Hub in the event that the company becomes subject to a prevailing sanction clearance listing. A partner must receive an acceptance notification, Welcome Email, in order to be enrolled in the program. Once Partner receives an acceptance notification from Infinity BPM then Partner is enrolled into the Infinity BPM Partner Program. The date of the acceptance notification is when the terms and conditions will take effect.
